National Capital Region Wildlife Festival

Get to know something wild through the course of this spring-long series of family events and educational outings including lectures, exhibitions and annual Friends of Gatineau Park events like the Owl Prowl.

 

Winter BLAST (Blue Lake Adventure Skills Training)

 Location: Blue Lake Centre, Cranbrook Area
Sat, March 6th, 2010 to Sat, March 13th, 2010

Blue Lake's winter technical skills and leadership development program is an 8 day program for youth between the ages of 15 to 18 from the Kootenay/Columbia region. It includes five days of training and workshops at the Blue Lake Centre followed by a three day winter camping trip into the backcountry around Blue Lake.
