I organize stewardship related activities at the Wildlife Area which includes such things as invasive species removal (yellow flag iris) and nest box monitoring and repairs.

The CVWMA is a 17,000 acre wetland habitat and an awesome living outdoor classroom. We run a Wildlife Centre (open May to Oct) offering educational exhibits, a science lab, nature movies, trail maps and information and guided canoe and walking tours. We also offer school programs, summer Jr. Naturalist programs and other special events.

I am also a contractor for Wildsight's Classroom with Outdoors. I have previous experiences as a Naturalist for a variety of non-profit organisations as well as a background in conservation and field biology.
